Zubereitung

Zubereitung mit 20g Parmesan 1. Den Beutelinhalt kurz in 2 EL heißem Öl andünsten. 2. Nach und nach 650ml heißes Wasser zugeben. Dabei ohne Deckel für 25 Min. unter regelmäßigem Umrühren leicht köcheln lassen bis das Risotto schön sämig ist. 3. Zum Schluss 20g geriebenen Parmesan unterrühren und weitere 5 Min. stehen lassen.
